Help & Tips on using / previewing the details of the room

Good afternoon, Johnny here, I would like to share with you can use the room preview page more effectively.

Before giving the full tips on how to use the room preview page, here's the images indication / meaning:

1		Google the tags Click here to search google for the tag's keyword, and the page is not refreshing, you will get google images search, google search, google video search, and etc.
2		Print Friendly Click this image to print friendly the room rental advertisement
3		Wikipedia Click this image to get knowledge of wikipedia of the rental place sorrounding, like popular pubs, museum, shopping complexs, historical buidling and as such.
4		Subscribe to RSS comment Click this image to subscribe to the rss comment, you can view the status of the comment, if there's any comment being dropped to the rental, who knows. What is RSS? here (save time right?)
5		Tell a Friend Tell a friend about this available property via e-mail, kindly notice to tell your friend to check their mailbox in spam folder and disable them.
6		Panoramio Photo Service Click on this image to have a glance of the surrounding map's image, a geo-photo sharing services occupied by google map.
7		Click this icon to close me, the help page.

Well, pretty much the image indication table had told 70% of my story, and some of the not so OBVIOUS tips on using the room preview would be:

Tips on using the preview page:

1.) If the ads poster DID state his e-mail, and you don't want to call him / her via hand-phone, you can try to use 'tell a friend' to e-mail this ads poster without logging in to your own mailbox.

2.) Setting a attractive hard-copy ads sometimes might be very troublesome, especially on room rental, too many different format, you can use our print friendly module to print a standard advertisement. Easy tough.

3.) Click on the distance (in gray color) at Wiki pedia content area, and this shall be shown on the map indicating the places on interest on the map.

4.) Getting road direction available? Coming soon!!! :), kindly wait as I am working my ass for this project to make it in good shape.

How to Add a Room Renting Post

Hi guys, I am Johnny and morning, today I would like to share with you how I can add a room for rent posting via http://roomletting.info website. Before beginning the tutorial, below are the image indication:

Tags:
1.) Key in as many tags as you wish too to keep this room renting post 'interesting' and 'attractive' as possible.

Tags can also used to do search in the 'View Available Rental' / 'homepage'. Tag also defines the identity of the room letting post, a usual hot tag would consists of the room location, attractive price, friendly roommate, beautiful roommate next door, etc. Try to please the viewer looking for your room as this is your ads!

2.) Monthly rental is the price of the rental, in MYR rate, if you not familiar with MYR (Malaysia Ringgit rates) you can look for the rates in this website.

3.) Location of the room, please put address of the room in so user can look for them. It's also important you try your address is search able on the google map before you place them in, as sometimes user might not know the location until they see them on an online map application.

4.) Information, this is a crucial part of the whole rental advertisement, please remember to key in your contact information, facilities included, shared bills charges, roommates condition, environment flexibility or you can copy the sample template below:
